Bringing Technology and World Class Education to Orphans in War Torn Uganda
In January 2015 we will be taking technology equipment like laptops and tablets to impoverished vulnerable children in war torn Uganda. Our efforts will help turn the tables on poverty and sickness in a land where the life expectancy is only 17.
Goals
*Execute successful Starts Some Good fundraising campaign.
*Purchase technology equipment for students to gain access to Khan Academy.
*Deliver technology equipment and start technology and learning center in Soroti, Uganda.
*Document success stories of changed lives to encourage future education projects on our blog.

Have you ever had an idea for something and thought to yourself "someone should do that."? That's what happened to us. We had this crazy idea that educating youth in a third world county could make a difference not only in the future, but right now.

Now is Our Time
World class education is now free through Khan Academy, but these impoverished orphans do not currently have access to it. We will change that buy purchasing laptops and tablets and delivering them to the technology and learning center in
Soroti, Uganda in January of 2015.
*Every dollar counts. We have had children
sell paper hearts and donate their proceeds. Local organizations have made donations thousands at a time. At whatever level you are compelled to give, we accept it with gratitude. We love that you are choosing to be the change you'd like to see in the world.
