After the terrible earthquake of September 19th, 2017, the village of Santa Cruz Cuautomatitla (State of Puebla) in Mexico has suffered a lot of damages. Here is a video of Santa Cruz, a few weeks after the earthquake:
We are a group of volunteers that came to help the community of Santa Cruz Cuautomatitla.
Engineers, architects, people from marketing, from Human Rights are working as a group to make this project a success. We arrived in the village a few days after the earthquake and started to help Yuliett's family to remove the ruins of the houses.
Imagine, the work of all your life becomes dust in a few seconds, the population of the village works in the fields and have very low income.
We worked with a team of geologists from Mexico City and their conclusions were that the families have to relocate as the area where they lived is too close from a cliff and with the rain season coming, there can be landslide.
Yuliett's family:
Yuliett, Alizón, Doña Juana and Pinocho (Yuliett's cousin)

Today we are at 15 working days of finishing the house and leaving the family with a new roof and hopes for the future, but we, they, need your help so we will be able to finish before the rains are too strong!
