And most of all, we want to form a trusted tribe of entrepreneurs who are rooted by the value of PEOPLE, grounded by our willingness to SERVE and inspired by the creativity needed to bring about CHANGE.
There are hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs out there right now struggling alone, who have a positive purpose and innovative solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems. They hope to use their profits for things like human rights, education, poverty eradication and more. They are often known as social entrepreneurs.
But without adequate support and community - these great companies will never get off the ground. Their founders will never become great leaders and the change they wish to see will fizzle out.

Rank & File is a monthly digital magazine and community uniquely designed for social entrepreneurs and start-ups with a desire to serve.
The digital mag, available to read on your phone, tablet or laptop, will be packed full of strategic, honest and actionable advice straight from the pros to help entrepreneurs start and scale, but most importantly to lead. The magazine will also share stories of boot strapping entrepreneurs and lesser-known change makers so founders feel supported and engaged with likeminded peers.
