PUT YOUR HEART INTO IT – SUPPORT A SUSTAINABLE LEADER
I have been offered a place in a fellowship program with the Centre for Sustainability Leadership. They choose people that have a passion, commitment and potential to make a better future.
I believe this is an opportunity that will allow me to make an impact and in the near future help others in the community too.
Can you help me do this AND be rewarded at the same time?

A bit about ME:
I grew up in Gippsland, Country Victoria and from a young age have loved bringing people together. I used to decorate my room with disco balls, photos and an entertaining area to make people feel welcome and happy. I loved dressing up, throwing parties and all things visual including a love for nature and the history and stories behind peoples lives and objects.
My journey has taken me on a varied path of discovery and learning through working in many different industries. I love the growth, challenges that running a small business can bring you and what you can learn from them. I love the feeling of chasing your dreams and goals and helping others to do the same. Through trial, error and a bucket full of lessons learnt, I have arrived at a place in which I know how I can make a difference. I know that I have the ability to have a positive impact on people around me through facilitating, teaching, event planning and working with forward thinking individuals and change makers. I have the energy & passion to drive my life forward from this program and make the most of it with your help.
I am now a Creative Director, Event Planner, Stylist, Business owner & Facilitator.
I run an event business called Put Your Heart Into It that’s growing and ever changing. I want to give artists, change makers, ethical companies and passionate people a platform to be able to create change. I aim to cultivate community involvement, creativity and empower individuals to make ethical choices through running & planning sustainable events.
I teach sustainable workshops at the College of Event Management, plan Sustainable Weddings for couples as well as prepare grazing tables of food for events. I also love running an event called the Creative Business Posse to support small businesses, promote ethical practices & to raise funds for charities.
I am particularly interested in Indigenous rights & culture, sustainability, land conservation, agriculture, fair food, consumption and waste. From participating in this program i would like to gain new ideas for my events, challenge myself, improve my sustainable practices & find ways to make a bigger impact.
A bit about the projects I will be working on:
- New Indigenous program of workshops, talks and performances.
- Growing Put your heart into it as an important platform to spread knowledge and offer insightful events and workshops. - In the rewards you have a chance to attend and see for yourself.
- Offering grazing tables of local food as catering for events. A chance to inspire people to think about where the food comes from, waste and ethical choices.
- Community event to brings the three topics that can create positive change in the community together. THE RULE OF THREE - INDIGENOUS CULTURE, SUSTAINABILITY, FAIR FOOD.
