INTRODUCTION
My name is Meg, and since 2010 I have been developing audiences and bringing people together to appreciate high quality music performances from artists who work outside the popular mainstream.
I've been an active probiotic in the gut of society- spreading the culture. Ive been doing it with loads of enthusiasm and not exactly much capitalI'm hoping you'll join me, as I can be much more effective with your help.
Music Hunter Projects believes that together
we can learn how to Sustain the Arts that Sustain
us, and knows that when we collectively do this WE will be rewarded.
I recently evaluated my contributions and I discovered I have donated approximately $25,000 worth of labour annually to Music Hunter Projects over the last 5 years.
***Please share my campaign with other music appreciators, musicians, production crews and event organisers. Talk about it instead of the weather; tell your best friends and neighbours, share on social media using the share buttons (above the rewards on

THIS PROJECT NEEDS YOU TO CONTINUE:
With so many wonderful arts projects to support, the task list just keeps growing, the time has come to meet the increasing set-up and expansion costs.
I ask all of you who have enjoyed a project from Music Hunter Projects to contribute at whatever level you are able to. Every bit counts, and I have a lot to give in return!
I have donated an estimated $25,000 worth of labour annually to Music Hunter Projects over the last 5 years.
My efforts have been self-funded from the start. I consistently re-invest revenue into the business. On rare occasions an event generates a loss, I take personal responsability for the deficit. I have always run the show independantly- paying for help from
time to time and, trading free tickets for various services.
This is all warm and fuzzy and generous, but not sustainable. It's time to grow and to include others in the process, so I can continue to steer the ship toward new horizon that enables win/win scenarios for all involved.
I can continue to donate extra time, but there are more fundamental steps that need to be taken now. additional funding will have a trickle-down effect on the sustainability of Music Hunter Projects.
It’s time to invest some funds to grow this project. Over the years I've developed stamina, but now it's time to evolve into a marathon runner, complete with a support team. If I dont'burn out I can continue to create lasting opportunities for our
artists and audiences.
Creating platforms for niche artists in a small regional market is a challenge, however people keep saying they want me to continue, and so do I.
Whatever you give to assist will be rewarded by what I give back in the form of free passes; private party packages, entry to the Music Hunter Fancy Launch Party; artist registration for my musical matchmaking agent services;
and high profile sponsorship opportunities.
My wish is to stick around and to provide fruitful opportunities for Audiences, Musicians and Venues to thrive!
I always do everything I can to increase your pleasure at events - including the process of decoration set up. Here I am inundated by event supplies in a small car that obviously needs upgrading to
a van. This improved transport will enable broader project involvement and
more sustainable income streams into the future.
Your support will enable me to keep being your music hunter

THANK YOU for keeping the arts alive!
(All the more important now that arts funding in Oz has been cut in the most recent budget)
