Liberty and Access Lab is run by
Liberty and Access for All, a new nonpartisan nonprofit in Washington DC that is dedicated to training, mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders from the traditionally underrepresented and communities of color.
We want to launch our Lab for the summer of 2014. The Lab will consist of six events, including conversations, panel discussions with leading politicos in Washington, and skills-based seminars.
Speakers and trainers will share their experiences, tell their stories, and give invaluable advice to our aspiring, young participants, offering the opportunity for questions to help them gain insight on how to become the next leaders of tomorrow.
Our students will get to dig in there and learn how to become political rock stars. The will learn how to use social media like Google , Facebook , and Twitter to run political and advocacy campaign. They will learn how to be truly ready for prime time
by learning how to debate their issues on any news network from MSNBC to FOX news.
Our students will learn from the personal stories of members of Congress and gain insight on how pave their own road to leadership. They'll learn first-hand how Republicans and Democrats work together to solve problems facing our country's excessive military
spending.
Our students will learn how to navigate Washington, DC, and the secrets to securing the jobs of their dreams on the Hill or in government.
