The first thing you notice when you wake up now in America is what's missing — the sound of modern life. Restaurants are quiet and ghost-like. The chatter in salons and spas are nonexistent. There's no crunch from the gears of school busses. No laughter from gathering on beaches and no gatherings whatsoever. We are being told to spend another month of what seems like indefinite sheltering. Millions of people are out of work. Many of those are not eligible for benefits whatsoever.
