Alumni Scholarship
Over the past 10 years, CSL has played a special part in so many our lives. This is a chance for those who have been through the journey,
to gift the experience to someone who will benefit from being part of our network.Why Alumni?
We have all benefited from the right touch of cult, love, growth and wisdom that is CSL.An annual scholarship allows us all to make a small contribution to enable the experience for someone else, and remember what it meant for us.
It's a great way to stay connected to the ever-growing CSL and make connections with those you completed the Program with and many others across the years.
Why Indigenous?
The relationship between our Australian Indigenous culture and the sustainability movement was an important point of reflection and inspiration for us this year.We feel that an Indigenous perspective within the group is an invaluable addition and will add to the diversity of the 'communiversity'.
Why Scholarship?
The fellows of 2014 came out much the same as anyone who has done CSL - wiser, bolder, inspired, enthused and enabled to action real world, positive change.We believe in CSL's mission to create social change by influencing tomorrows leaders. We feel this is a gift worth giving and we believe alumni from other years and CSL's wider fan base share this view.
How this works
We plan to pass the hat around each year to fund a permanent Alumni scholarship.
There is a small committee running the scholarship with the endorsement and support of Kate (CEO, Centre for Sustainability Leadership) and the CSL Board.A small percentage of donations will cover the fees of the giving platform and various credit card transaction fees. Contributions are tax deductible and will be used for the scholarship.
